Government Promises to buy Tablets for UPE Pupils.

The government of Uganda has promised to secure Tablets for pupils in UPE schools across the country to facilitate digital learning. Permanent Secretary at Ministry of Education Alex Kakooza says they partnered with War Child Holland Organisation to run a pilot study whether digital learning among pupils ca be attained in the country.
